LETTER OF INTENT
If you have a grant proposal for a “funds available” program area, and
meet the eligibility requirements (see
Grant Making Overview),
please FIRST SEND A LETTER OF INTENT by November 1 to:

The Letter of Intent should be no more than one to two pages. It
should include a description of your organization’s project for which
you seek funding, the community need that it expects to meet (see list
of need priorities by clicking
HERE),
the amount requested, and a copy of the IRS letter of determination
identifying your organization as a 501(c)(3) charity or your official
affiliation with such a charity. Agencies may collaborate on a project,
but please send only one request per agency.
Following submission of
your Preliminary Application letter, you will be notified whether you
are encouraged to submit a full application.
If a full application is invited (Uninvited applications will not be
considered in the regular grant cycle), you may download the necessary
application materials from this website. If you wish to have them

minium $250. Grant maximum is $10,000. Please apply only for what you
really need to accomplish your project goals. Especially in these
challenging economic times, we want to help as many organizations as
possible with our limited funds.
